Welcome to SajjadNawaz.com – a blog about building a balanced, purpose-driven life.
My name is Sajjad Nawaz, and I’m a father, digital creator, aspiring full-stack .NET developer, future digital marketing expert, and someone deeply passionate about self-improvement. I started this blog to document my journey of transforming all 6 core areas of my life: Health, Wealth, Relationships, Career, Home, and Fun—and to inspire others who are walking a similar path.
This isn’t just a personal blog. It’s a growing space for people who believe that change is possible through discipline, small daily actions, and honest self-reflection.

Who Am I?
I was born on March 11, 1996, in Pakistan, and like many of you, I’ve gone through the highs and lows of life, responsibilities, self-doubt, and restlessness about the future. For a long time, I was searching for direction—something that aligned with my responsibilities as a father and my dream of building a meaningful, financially free life.
That’s when I decided to stop running on autopilot.
Over the past year, I began taking control of my habits, mindset, fitness, and career. I started coding daily, focusing on financial discipline, working out regularly, and eliminating negative thinking.
My self-help journey officially began around 8 months ago when I committed to daily affirmations, healthy living, and learning. I’ve since become obsessed with building—not just software, but also a better version of myself every day.

Why I Created This Blog
I created SajjadNawaz.com for two main reasons:
1. To Stay Accountable and Track My Growth
This blog is a digital mirror for me. It helps me stay accountable to my fitness goals, personal habits, parenting growth, and financial journey. By writing, reflecting, and sharing what I learn, I reinforce the habits that are changing my life.
2. To Inspire and Help Others Like Me
If you’re someone who:
Feels stuck in life but is ready to change
Wants to get better in small, consistent ways
Is trying to balance personal development, career, family, and fun
Wants to grow in health, wealth, and wisdom
…then you’re in the right place.
I don’t write from a guru’s perspective. I write as a learner, a father, and a builder—documenting what’s working for me and what’s not. If that sounds like a blog worth reading, stick around.

What You’ll Find On This Blog
This blog is divided into 6 main life areas, because I believe real transformation only happens when you grow in all directions, not just one.
🧠 Health
From workouts to mental discipline, I share practical strategies to stay fit physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking to master push-ups, stay consistent with a 10-minute workout, or simply cut sugar from your diet—I share what I’m doing daily to stay energized and motivated.
💸 Wealth
I share my journey from financial confusion to clarity—tracking expenses, budgeting, building multiple income streams, and planning long-term financial freedom. I also write about my learning journey in digital marketing and software development, two high-value skills I’m building.
❤ Relationships
Being a father of two young kids (a 2-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son), relationships mean everything to me. I share lessons I’m learning in communication, emotional intelligence, and being a present, loving parent and husband.
💼 Career
I’m currently growing as a Performance Marketer and also learning to become a digital Influencer. My posts will cover the tools, technologies, mindset shifts, and real-world projects I’m using to build a fulfilling and flexible career.
🏠 Home
Creating a peaceful, organized home life is key to long-term happiness. I write about routines, parenting hacks, work-from-home productivity tips, and how to build a calm, nourishing environment.
🎉 Fun
Self-improvement shouldn’t feel like punishment. I believe in play, rest, joy, creativity, travel, and finding ways to unwind. I’ll share my personal hobbies, movies I love, books I’m reading, and how I balance ambition with lightness.

My Core Philosophy: 1% Better Every Day From Atomic Habits by James Clear
This blog is built on one simple principle: “Get 1% better every day.”
I believe discipline beats motivation, and small, consistent action is more powerful than big bursts followed by burnout. Whether you’re building your body, business, or better habits—slow, steady growth will win.
My journey is a living example of this principle. I’m not perfect, but I’m improving—and this blog is the honest story of that.

My Promise to You
I won’t write fluff.
This blog is about practical self-improvement from someone who’s living it in real time. I’ll share what’s working, what’s failing, and what I’m learning. If something helps me grow, I’ll write about it. If it helps you grow, then this blog will have fulfilled its purpose.
You won’t find perfection here—but you’ll find progress, purpose, and persistence.
